       Axelrodichthys is a genus of coelacanth that lived during the‭ ‬Cretaceous.‭ ‬As a member of the‭ ‬Mawsoniidae,‭ ‬Axelrodichthys would have had a body form similar to Chinlea and Mawsonia.
