Classification: Chordata,‭ ‬Reptilia,‭ ‬Dinosauria,‭ ‬Ornithischia,‭ ‬Ornithopoda,‭ ‬Iguanodontia,‭ ‬Hadrosauroidea.
Species: Z.‭ ‬huangi‭ (‬type‭)‬.
Diet: Herbivore.
Size: Uncertain due to lack of fossil remains,‭ ‬but estimated by the original describers to have been about eight meters long based upon a preserved‭ ‬ilium length of‭ ‬62‭ ‬centimetres.
Known locations: China‭ ‬-‭ ‬Zhumapu Formation.
Time period: Cenomanian of the Cretaceous.
Fossil representation: Partial illium‭ (‬part of the pelvis‭)‬.

       Zuoyunlong is a genus of hadrosauroid dinosaur that lived in China during the early‭ ‬stages of the late Cretaceous.‭ ‬In terms of physical development,‭ ‬hadrosauroid dinosaurs were in‭ ‬between the earlier iguanodonts of the late Jurassic and early Cretaceous,‭ ‬and the later hadrosaurids that were most common by the end of the late Cretaceous.
