Tethydraco: Research Database
Reptilia (Pterosauria) · Late Cretaceous (~70-65 MYA) · Africa — Morocco
Research Note: Tethydraco was a pterosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Morocco — part of an increasingly diverse assemblage of pterosaurs known from the latest Cretaceous of North Africa, suggesting a previously unrecognized diversity in this region just before the end-Cretaceous extinction.
