Name: Asiatosaurus ‭(‬Asia lizard‭)‬.
Phonetic: A-see-ah-sor-us.
Named By: Henry Fairfield Osborn‭ ‬-‭ ‬1924.
Classification: Chordata,‭ ‬Reptilia,‭ ‬Dinosauria,‭ ‬Saurischia,‭ ‬Sauropoda.
Species: A.‭ ‬mongolensis‭ (‬type‭)‬,‭ ‬A.‭ ‬kwangshiensis.
Diet: Herbivore.
Size: Unknown.
Known locations: China‭ ‬-‭ ‬Napai Formation,‭ ‬and Mongolia‭ ‬-‭ ‬Öösh Formation.‭
Time period: Early Cretaceous.
Fossil representation:‭ ‬Teeth.

       Although two species have been named for this genus of sauropod dinosaur,‭ ‬they have both been established upon the description of teeth.‭ ‬For this reason Asiatosaurus is usually treated as a highly dubious genus of sauropod.
